Welcome to Online Registration
For all District Teams

To begin Online Registration please click the "Registration" button at the top of the page.

This year we are offering online registration for District Players (U11 - U18)

When you complete registration there will be a small "convenience fee" added to your total. This fee is charged by the on-line registration program. It is slightly less if paying with an e-check rather than a credit card. All registration has to be done and paid for on line.

The browser of choice is INTERNET EXPLORER, however, online registration can be completed using a variety of browsers. If you experience difficulty at any time please contact Technical Support at 800-808-7195.

PHOTO AND BIRTH CERTIFICATE

Please take a minute to up-load a photo of your player. It is very easy to do and will ensure that your player card is done without delays. UYSA has mandated that all birth certificates be up-loaded in the system. You will need to provide your team manager with a copy of your player’s birth certificate. The team manager will take those to the soccer office where they will be scanned in and then immediately shredded. Your registration can not be completed and you cannot be placed on a team until there is a photo and a birth certificate at the office. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
